Dogs

I just wondered if anybody else is as fed up with the dog owners in EK as i am?There seems to be only a few owners who clean up after their dogs.I live near the park at Telford road in the Murray and i feel these dog owners think it is just a toilet for their dogs and dont care about any of the children who cant play there because of the dog mess every where.That park is one of the nicest parks in ek and is being ruined by these selfish dog owners.

Wima. i do not know if you ever had a dog.If you did you would see what a wonderful companion and friend they could be. A window to your soul.I share your frustration that somebody that loves there dog could let something so deplorable happen. But such is life.But why can't these dog lovers take a plastic bag with them and pick up there dogs poop,Then when they get back to there place, they can dispose of it properly. WHY NOT!

Yes dogs can be a great companion .I am not saying I do not like dogs it is just alot of people who own dogs do not bother to pick up after their dogs they will let them poo all over the place .Every piece of grass where I live has dog poo on it .Even the pavements .
I watch these dog owners every day taking their dogs round the park let them poo on the grass then walk home to their nice poo free garden .They walk ahead of the dog so as to pretend they do not see what the dog is doing .I have even seen a poo bag left sitting at the opening to the childrens swing park when there was a bin just a few feet away .There was even dog poo in the swing park once .
Spend an hour sitting on the bench in the park and watch how many dogs use it and how many pick up after their dogs .Very few !
There is a few who I have seen picking up but the majority just think it is one big dog toilet for their dog and don't care about any of the children or anyone else that use the park .
Next time my daughter uses her potty I think I will just empty it out on the street ,what is the difference !

I am sick of my children having to dodge poo ,not being able to play on the grass because of some selfish dog owners .
