Freedom of speech is an American law. UK freedom of speech is covered under The Human Rights Act 1998, article 10 and is named "Freedom Of Expression".

Apologies welcome.

Hi Shadow.

Pleasure .. Sorry I have been away on business and noticed your submission as I scrolled down...

I believe THE 3 STOOGES ... Have or been in the news in the Scottish Herald.( example.).. The copy printed in the EK news was mostly deleted in parts.. Paragraphs missing .
I did make a personal inquiry but was told they didn't want to be sued,,Ha Ha

You cannot be serious that because certain newspapers I don't read has anything to do with being smart or the opposite..Yer aff yer heid man.

Personal dubious opinions? Your crackers, it will not go away as the national newspaper the xxxxxx will be coming out with a cracker on Labour in Lanarkshire and EK when the time is right... I suppose the opinion will be rated by you as dubious. A blind man and his dog know what has gone on within our community.. For legal reasons nuff said.
It is a fact that when this group had been cleared by their buddies )limited investigation it was plastered in this newspaper as if they were hero's.. You may have missed it but the Herald detroyed the so-called investigation that took place with further evidence within 24hrs... You can note that further investigation is now ongoing... Info from a higher power not me.. THe EK newspaper as far as I'm aware never reported on that . Certainly not in big print but maybe in a teeny, teeny wee corner of an edition...
The Labour Party latest leaflet getting pushed through our letterbox's with Elmur Fudd's 2 ( Andy Kerr ) name on it spurious and must beat any document previously printed for the carrying of lies..
Regarding the Scottish Labour Party. You will be well aware there is now no so such animal..
Ah! The Monty Well maybe someday. Sleep well x

Politico

Your post is difficult to understand because it is so badly written. It could be that you are making a valid point but because I can't make **** nor tail of it it's impossible to know with any certainty. It's all very cloudy to be honest. You are obviously frustrated but unless you take more time and care over your comments the thrust of your argument will remain sadly obscure.

Might be an idea to keep the deabtes within the realm of fair comment otherwise the people in charge will just remove them.

"mbtshoes", As you may have noticed I edited all my comments on on this debate and removed all my other posts before 'the people in charge' done it for me! It seems to me that 'the people in charge' of the East Kilbride News Forum do not want any opinions or comments on any subject apart from when you are agreeing with what they have wrote in the E.K. News. There are no debates on this forum! I'm at a loss as to what is or is not a fair comment! Freedom of expression! What a joke. On this forum, that is not allowed. Why? Because East Kilbride is run by a corrupt load of monkeys! (monkeys is too good a name for these guys as monkeys are intelle'gent'). Note I'n not mentioning any names as my post will not be submitted. All I can say is, these guys are not gentlemen. ^^^^ Hope this post is within the realm of fair comment!

Hello mbtshoes, nice to hear from someone else.....you've joined the debate at a late stage but nailed it in one simple sentence. Well done. I'll leave you with a fair comment that will add nothing to the debate but gives me a strange sense of satisfaction: Politico is crackers!
